Can I return/Exchange an item?

We will gladly exchange or accept returns of any products with a full refund if you are not satisfied with the item ordered. To qualify for a refund please return the item within 30 days of purchase, unused in the same condition that it arrived in its original packaging. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges unless the product is faulty. Once an item is received and return conditions are met you will be notified and receive a full refund to the same credit card that was used for original purchase.

What is your shipping process?

Cocomo Kids ships worldwide. All domestic Australian orders are shipped at a flat rate shipping charge of $8.50. The cost of international Shipping will vary depending on destination and order total. Usually a flat rate of $20, or $30

All domestic orders greater than $200 and international orders greater than $350 will qualify for free shipping.

All products will be shipped within 1-2 days of payment received.  Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a summary email with shipment tracking information.  Please allow up to 3 working days from day of dispatch. (7-10 days for international orders)

What are the available methods of payment?

Cocomo Kids accepts payments with Visa or Mastercard or you can pay with a paypal account. All payments are securely processed through Shopify payment gateway.. More information is available in our privacy policy

What if an item is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock please email us directly and we will get back to you with expected arrival times of new stock. Given all our products are handmade there is usually some lead time in obtaining new stock.

Can I modify an existing order?

Once an order has been placed it cannot be amended. However, we are happy to cancel your order so you can place a new order as long as the order has not already been fulfilled/dispatched.

What if my product looks a bit different from the photo?

Cocomo Kids is all about unique handmade items and part of the handmade process means there may be slight variations to the sizes, colours and shape of items. Accessories such as scarves etc may also be different from the displayed photo. Each product is made from a standard design template but please allow for minor variations. If you are unhappy with any product please refer to the terms and conditions of our returns policy.

Do you customise products?

Due to the design and collaboration process that exists with the suppliers, we cannot unfortunately customise orders at this stage.

What are the types of materials used?

Our products are either made of 100% soft acrylic (which is usually a bit more resilient and lasts longer), 100% Cotton, or 100% Milk Cotton. Milk Cotton is a blend of 80% cotton and 20% milk protein fibers. This particular blend is particularly soft to the touch and has some resilient qualities, when compared with pure cotton.
